Simran Jhanjharya

I’m Simran Jhanjharya, a singer, songwriter, and voice artist based in Mumbai. Music has always been at the center of my life, but it wasn’t something I consciously chose-it was always just there, shaping me. Growing up, I was the kind of kid who found comfort in melodies and words, piecing together my thoughts through music long before I realized I was actually writing songs. My influences range from Lana Del Rey and Arctic Monkeys to A.R. Rahman and Rekha Bhardwaj-I connect with music that makes you feel something. In October 2023, I released my debut single, Jadugari, a song about moments that feel surreal yet unforgettable. It was my first step in shaping my sound, and there’s a lot more to come. Right now, I’m working on new music-singles and an EP set for 2025-while also developing my live performances. I don’t want to be confined to a single genre; I want my music to grow with me. This is just the beginning, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
